Honorary Awards

Iconic craftsmanship meets top-level international sport: For the first time this year, MEISSEN is the official sponsor of the honorary prize for the 2026 Al Shira’aa German Show Jumping and Dressage Derby in Hamburg, one of the most prestigious and demanding events on the international equestrian calendar.

Following its successful partnership with the International Festival Hall Horse Show in Frankfurt, MEISSEN is once again setting a new standard for the fusion of athletic excellence and artistic mastery.

For many years, we have maintained a close relationship with the Linsenhoff-Rath family and, by extension, with the tournament organizer Schafhof Connects. Together, they share a passion for equestrian sports and for creating special moments at the highest level, characterized by high standards, consistency, and perfection.

Four commemorative trophies crafted from the finest porcelain in a deep, rich, radiant blue honor the outstanding achievements of the riders. At the center are two elegant horse figurines: the “Arabian” and the legendary Grande horse.

They are awarded to the winners of the most prestigious competitions and combine athletic excellence with the iconic aesthetics of Saxon porcelain art.

Awards will be presented in the following categories:

1st Place, CDI5 Grand Prix Special (Arabian)

1st Place, 95th German Show Jumping Derby (Figur Grande)

1st Place, CDI5 Grand Prix Freestyle (Figur Grande)
